Our project management process is comprehensive and was developed specifically to meet the timelines and budget demands of commercial clients. We carefully preplan each stage of construction so that you can plan ahead and control disruptions to your team and business as much as possible. At each step of the process we’re available to answer questions, explain technical issues, and discuss the progress of your project.
Your project team will include a designer – and, if complex structural work is required, an architect – handpicked from our trusted network of consultants. Alternatively, we can collaborate with the professionals you bring to the project.
Commercial projects are driven by regulatory compliance, project costs, and deadlines. Aslan Projects has worked with several owners whose projects have unique working conditions and, as a result, we offer staffing to meet the specific needs of our client’s commercial industry.
Our quality control process starts from the moment we assemble your team and prepare the site, with strict attention to on-site safety. We select our subtrades based on your project requirements, and review the design specifications and quality their work will need to meet. The site supervisor assigned to your project regularly inspects and supervises the work being done.
Our goal throughout the project is to find the solutions that work best for you: from design, to timelines, to budgeting. As part of that, we give you the flexibility of choosing a “cost plus” or “fixed cost” contract.

We got our start in the construction industry as decorative artists – hand-trowelling walls to create the depth of Old World plaster, applying faux finishing techniques and goldleaf to millwork, and handpainting murals on walls. To this day, we approach projects with a design-driven eye.
